I have actually done pretty well this week. I have managed to actually workout beyond just volleyball this week. Hopefully my weight will reflect that a bit- it was 209.4 this past Monday.
I have also been much better about actually sticking with my WW crap. I rolled into this morning with 21 flex points remaining. Go me.
I was even good and did my measurements today.
Hips- 43.75 (+.25 from last measurement)
Thighs- 24.5 (+1.5)
Waist- 37.0 (-.5)
