Sunday Measurements

Weight is tomorrow morning. I am hoping I didn't kill it too much with my crappy eating this week (I have over 40 activity points to swap yet). I was 219.2 (.6 over last weeks weight) after eating a heavy breakfast this morning, so as long as I get off my ass today, I should be at least under where I was.

Other measurements:
Hips: 46.75" (-.75" overall)
Thighs: 25" (-2" overall)
Waist: 39" (-2.5" overall- and this is after eating sais breakfast and I am a bit bloated)
Bust: 43.5" (-1" overall- I am thinking ovulation may have had somethig to do with last weeks increase)
Arms: 14.5" (-1" overall- there is really no reason for this number to go down. Actually when I start hitting the bench and arm workouts more, it will go up. My arms are not fat- hell my forearms are nothing but skin and bones).

Overall- I am satisfied with these. I woudl like to see the hips and thighs making a bit more progress, but it is still early and that is a stubborn area. It is nice to see how much I have lost in my waist- I need to keep that number moving down though.
