Or whatever. Missing last week was so not my fault. My cold is essentially gone and I no longer have to tend to DH, so I am out of excuses. I will start working out again on Wednesday as I would like to be able to walk for volleyball tomorrow.
Today's weigh in was a huge shock- 205.4. Lowest it has been. Considering last week was around 209, I am shocked. Then again I do tend to bloat up around ovulation, and that is supposedly past, so it would make sense.
So hooray to me! Looks like I have a shot at getting under 200 before my doctor appointment.

I fucking suck.
Seriously. It's been how long? I'm still paying for WW damn it! I have so not been using it like I should. I have vowed I will not set foot in my RE's office weighing over 200 lbs, so I need to get my ass in gear. I need to check out the weight situation in the morning as I forgot this moring (ok, I actually overslept and crawled out of bed almost 10 minutes after I needed to leave for work).
I hopped on the scale yesterday evening while J was at the doctor and it said 111.4-ish fully clothed at the end of the day. Not pretty.
So back on the weight loss train I go. Whee! Hopefully the flu doesn't get it's evilness too deep into me so I lose another week or whatever.
